Are the products for sale on the www.gearhub.com website new?

Yes, every item GearHub sells is brand new, never used, never refurbished. All of our products are produced by major electronics manufacturers and most come with a manufacturer's warranty.

I am having issues with my computer, who do I contact?

Contact the manufacturer regarding any specific product issues. The contact and warranty information should be included in your original product packaging.

Do the products come with warranties?

Shipping Questions

When will my product ship?

Products will typically ship within 1 week once full payment is received for credit card or downpayment purchases, and typically within 1 week after the final layaway payment clears for Layaway + Financing transactions and traditional layaway transactions.

How do I qualify?

Almost all applicants will qualify; you just need to make a few small payments to establish credit.

What payment options do you offer?

In addition to buying the product outright from our store, we offer 3 different payment options. You can select (i) Down Payment Plus Financing, (ii) Layaway Plus Financing, or (iii) Traditional Layaway. Please visit our "How It Works" page for more details.

What fees do you charge for financing?

The specific fees depend on the product, the payment plan you choose, and how often you get paid. For more details, please see our "Rates & Terms" pages.

Can I pay off early without penalty?

Yes, you can pay off early without penalty. To process a partial or full prepayment or receive a payoff balance, you should call us or tell us in writing via fax (866-729-3981) or email (support@gearhub.com) of your intent to prepay. Please note that the payoff amount will be calculated as of the date we debit your account for the balance owing.

What if I miss a payment?

You should call our customer service department at 888-647-5595 as early as possible if you know you can't make a payment. Our representative will work with you to come up with a solution. Once you have already missed a payment please call our collections department at 888-647-5596 as soon as possible to work out alternate payment plans.

How long does it take to get my order?

You will be notified via email when your order is being processed. Your order will be shipped as soon as you have completed paying your entire down payment, either in one payment or several small payments. You can call our customer service department at 888-647-5595 and pre-pay the down-payment amount at any time to accelerate shipment.

Return and Cancellation Questions

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

You can cancel your order at any time before the product ships and receive a credit of the amounts you've already paid that you can apply to another purchase at www.gearhub.com. If you'd like a cash refund, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

What is your return policy?

You are able to request a replacement product for any manufacturer's defects within 30 days. Please call our customer service department at 888-647-5595 for additional details.

What happens if my order is received damaged?

Please let us know within 3 business days. We will order an exchange with our distributors provided the original item is in the original packaging and back in the distributor's possession.

What happens if my order is damaged but I don't see the damage until I open the box?

Call our customer service department at 888-647-5595 within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we we will arrange a replacement. Keep all packing materials and be prepared to ship the product back to the distributor.

Do you have a store where I can see the merchandise?

No. We do not have a retail store. All of our products are only available online through our website GearHub.com.
